With our design/build process we are not just another remodeling company, but your partner in creating a home tailored for you. From the beginning we will listen to your dreams, help design it to fit within your budget, and then build it with the quality and care that you expect.
STEP ONE
Getting to know each other.
We would love to get to know you and the project you are dreaming of. Please submit your contact information under our contact tab which asks for some information about your project. After your initial submission, we will contact you to review your project. After we talk and determine if we are a good fit for each other, we will schedule to come out and look at your project to get together information which allows us to present you a quote for the work you are looking to have completed.
STEP TWO
Design Details
Once you are comfortable with the initial proposal, and have signed our design agreement, our team will get to work designing your space with blueprints, elevations, and renderings to bring your dream to life. Once completed, we will meet with you to have a design meeting to ensure we are all on the same page as we get ready to sign your Construction Agreement.
STEP THREE
The Fun Part
Now it is time to get into making the home yours through our selections process. All the construction talk is over, and you can now focus on what you want your space to look like. We will guide you step by step through the choices you will need to make and be with you throughout the process to help you bring your style to your space.
STEP FOUR
The Construction Phase
We are now ready to get started on bringing your dream to reality. We will finalize your construction drawing’s and submit for permitting. Once permitting is approved, we will layout a production schedule, provide you with key dates, and review the process with you as we get ready to begin.

Your Home
We all know a construction project can be overwhelming. We want you to know you have chosen the right company, and it is important to us that you feel confident and are happy with your decision. In being a design/build company, we handle it all under one roof. Our team of professionals are here to assist you in every step of the process.
